Denny has over 25 years of experience in home improvement, new home construction, and home inspection industries, bringing a unique and well-rounded perspective to real estate. As a nearly lifelong resident of Central Ohio and a current Delaware, Ohio homeowner, he proudly serves the communities he knows inside and out.

With a background including senior leadership with a Fortune 50 company that supported the homebuilding industry, he led one of the highest-performing locations in his market. He also served as a licensed home inspector, managing Ohio’s largest home inspection firm, personally completing nearly 4,000 residential and commercial inspections and leading a team of licensed professionals across the state.

This combination of construction knowledge, inspection experience, and real-world management equips him to advocate for clients with unmatched insight, professionalism, and attention to detail, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. Denny is a proud father of five amazing adult children (four daughters and one son), and family is at the center of everything he does. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his wife, cooking out with his family, and taking vacation cruises with loved ones.
