Conner was born and raised in Central Ohio where he graduated from St. Charles Preparatory School, and he is currently in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University pursuing a finance degree.

With plans to attend law school and working as an attorney in the real estate industry, Conner decided to begin pursuing this dream by becoming licensed in order to gain experience in the industry and begin helping his mom, Krista Lofthouse, a top performing agent at the Raines Group with her business as well.

Conner’s attention to detail and passion for analytics, paired with his ability to be available for his clients allows him to work tirelessly around the clock and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in an industry where timing is everything in order to ensure his clients stay one step ahead.

In Conner’s free time he acts as the president of Ohio State Men’s Water Polo. He also enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
