Real Estate Consultant
Position Summary
The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for consulting with clients to discover and deliver upon their real estate needs, follow-up with leads quickly, and consistently nurture a pipeline of future clients. The ideal candidate is driven by a “servant's heart” mentality meaning they are eager to talk to as many people as possible to see where customer needs can be met and deals can be uncovered. The Real Estate Consultant is comfortable handling a high amount of sales activities per day as they are the engine for our business, responsible for prospecting, negotiating, writing contracts, and closing sales. If you love being curious about and talking to a lot of people, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Resourceful self-starter that is eager to talk to as many people as possible to see where customer needs can be met and sales can be uncovered
Proven track record of owning your goals and consistently surpassing them
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Manage multiple sales/projects at once; to you it's invigorating
Ability to use technology and automation to sell efficiently and effectively

Work well independently while also being able to collaborate with other teams and leaders

Proficiencies
Computer literate - familiar with Google Suite and willing to learn other application software
Experience in real estate or a proven track record of sales & retail experience
Organized, motivated, positive, works well independently and is team-oriented
Ohio real estate license

Client Service Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
This unique role supports our acclaimed real estate team with the execution of various daily business functions. As a member of our operations team, you will help us provide seamless customer service to our clients, agents and community. Your day would consist of managing incoming inquiries (phone, email, website forms, etc) as well as a variety of administrative tasks regarding listings, pending transactions, closings, marketing and projects.
This is a fast-paced position that requires organizing and prioritizing tasks quickly. If you’re overwhelmed at the thought of multiple spinning plates, this position isn’t for you.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work 28-32 hours per week, ideally 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer all inbound calls and greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to inbound emails and/or forward to the appropriate party quickly and efficiently.
Assign incoming leads in accordance with office protocol.
Effectively manage several calendars relating to conference rooms, rental item reservations, photo appointments, listing and closing dates.
Assist Client Service & Marketing Managers with administrative tasks relating to new listings and pending contracts.
Produce various monthly reports to the operations and/or leadership team.
Manage, maintain, and audit inventory systems and supplies
Attend 3 daily huddles with the operations team and bi-weekly full-team meetings
