Stephanie is a lifelong resident of Central Ohio and currently resides in the New Albany Links subdivision. Having grown up in Canal Winchester, she has lived in several local communities, including Pickerington, Blacklick, and Reynoldsburg. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 2005, where she was inducted into Delta Epsilon Sigma. Stephanie also holds an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College (1998) and earned her Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license from Hondros College in 2007.

As the Principal Broker, President, and Partner of The Raines Group, Stephanie has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth since its inception in 1998. She leads a team of 30 professionals and provides strategic leadership while developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Her expertise in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management has been pivotal in establishing The Raines Group as the top real estate team in Ohio, with over $242 million in closed sales volume in 2023.

Stephanie is actively involved in numerous industry and community organizations, including the Ohio Realtors Board of Directors and the Columbus REALTORS' Foundation Board of Trustees. She is a standing member of The Raines Group Leadership Council and has earned multiple accolades, including being part of the #1 team in Ohio and #21 in the nation for sales volume, according to Real Trends.

Her dedication to the community extends beyond real estate. Stephanie serves on the New Albany Links Swim Team Board, volunteers as a coach for youth volleyball, and is an active member of the Church of the Resurrection Parish Finance Council. Stephanie and her husband, Greg, enjoy traveling internationally with their two children, Finley and Gabe, and are passionate about giving back to the New Albany community they call home.
