Stephanie Masterson is the Principal Broker, President, and Partner of The Raines Group, where she has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth since its inception in 1998. She leads a team of 40 professionals and provides strategic leadership while developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Her expertise in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management has been pivotal in establishing The Raines Group as the top real estate team in Ohio, achieving over $255 million in closed sales volume in 2024.

Stephanie is deeply engaged in professional and community leadership. She currently serves on the Columbus Realtors Board of Directors (2025–2027), is a Trustee of the Columbus Realtors Foundation, and will serve as Co-Chair of Columbus Realtors Realtor Care Day (2026). Locally, she is a Trustee of the New Albany Chamber of Commerce (2025–2027) and Chair of the 2025 Leadership New Albany Program. Additionally, she serves on the Ohio Realtors Board of Directors and remains an active member of The Raines Group Leadership Council.

A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Stephanie currently resides in the New Albany Links subdivision. Having grown up in Canal Winchester, she has also lived in several local communities, including Pickerington, Blacklick, and Reynoldsburg. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2005), where she was inducted into Delta Epsilon Sigma. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College (1998) and earned her Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license from Hondros College (2007).

Her dedication to service extends beyond real estate. Stephanie serves on the New Albany Links Swim Team committee and is an active member of the Church of the Resurrection Parish Finance Council. She and her husband, Greg, enjoy traveling internationally with their two children, Finley and Gabe, and are passionate about giving back to the community they call home. Outside of work, they can often be found in the arena cheering on the 2014AA Columbus Mavericks hockey team (where Gabe plays & Greg coaches) on the lacrosse sidelines supporting both the boys’ and girls’ New Albany Lacrosse teams, in the gym watching Finley compete in middle school volleyball, or poolside in the summer encouraging both children during swim team.
