Meet Karla Ballenger, a Central Ohio native currently residing in Delaware, whose real estate journey began in 2001 when she obtained her Ohio license. Joining HER Realtors® Brokerage in 2001, Karla has been an integral part of The Raines Group since April 2002.
As a Partner and Real Estate Consultant within The Raines Group Real Estate Services, Karla brings a wealth of expertise to the industry. Proudly sharing ownership in a women-owned business, her designations and affiliations include memberships in the National Association of REALTORS®, Ohio Association of REALTORS®, Columbus Board of REALTORS®, and The Raines Group's Leadership Council. Holding a Real Estate Investment Certification and recognized as a Certified Staging Advocate, Karla combines her diverse educational background from the Columbus College of Art and Design and The Ohio State University to offer a unique perspective.
Specializing in working with buyers and sellers, Karla leverages her strong business acumen, aesthetic vision, and highly developed negotiating skills to provide clients with a distinct advantage in the real estate market. Her areas of expertise encompass contract negotiation, market knowledge, and delivering exceptional client service.

Jill Arnett

Jill brings 25+ years of administrative, process management and client service experience to her role with The Raines Group. She graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and an associate’s degree in Business Management. Jill is passionate about providing exemplary service and helping clients have a wonderful experience.
A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Jill currently resides in Pataskala with her husband, Brian, and her two children, Brodie and Taylor. Having grown up in Lancaster, she has also lived in Pickerington for many years.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughter’s volleyball, chorale and theater events along with gardening, reading and hiking. Jill is also very active at her church, Grace Fellowship, where she currently serves in Global Missions and High School Ministry.
