Caring for others is at the heart of who Jenny Rice is and it’s a quality that has shaped nearly 12 years of success in real estate.

Jenny began her real estate career in Cocoa Beach Florida, where she earned her license and built a strong foundation selling both residential and commercial properties along the coast. After spending 12 years in Florida, she returned home to Ohio in 2017 and joined The Raines Group in 2018. Since then, she has continued to refine her market expertise, strengthen her strategic approach, and most importantly, build lasting, meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Jenny’s areas of expertise include first-time homebuyers, downsizing/empty nesters, relocations to and from Central Ohio, land, new construction and custom homes, and renovation projects. She approaches every transaction with the mindset that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it’s about helping people navigate major life transitions with clarity, confidence, and care.

Beyond her real estate practice, Jenny is deeply committed to serving her community. She has volunteered extensively, including serving as President of the New Albany Realty Association from 2023–2025, participating on The Raines Group Leadership Council from 2022–2024, and holding leadership roles with the Newark/Heath Rotary and the Licking County United Way Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and their chickens on their hobby farm. They also own property near Lake Erie, which serves as a peaceful retreat and favorite escape from city life. Jenny finds joy in nature—whether it’s gardening, foraging, bird watching, or spending time near the water. Simply put, if she’s outdoors, she’s in her element.
