Ditche Esguerra lives in Manila, Philippines, and works remotely as a Virtual Professional for The Raines Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information System.  Her professional experience includes work as an Admin Staff in a research company, followed by a role as an Executive Secretary at an Electrical company where she gained extensive administrative expertise. She transitioned to remote work to avoid the heavy traffic in Manila and currently enjoys her role as a Client Services Assistant for The Raines Group.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis with her husband, Dennis. They share their home with four beloved cats, whom they affectionately call their "piglet cats": Misty, Popo, Spotty, and Kenken. Ditche is also passionate about travel and exploring new places, and she loves spending the summer season at their provincial home to enjoy the beach scenery and the perfect sunset view.
