Jen is a Michigan native but has called Central Ohio home for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Dayton. Jen was a finance and marketing major and has spent most of her professional career in the dynamic and demanding Columbus corporate retail industry in various merchandise planning leadership roles. She has a knack for numbers but also enjoyed the product collaboration with her merchant partners and has now shifted that product focus to a love of home design.

With her strong professional experience and business acumen, she knew that The Raines Group would be the right fit to continue her success in a new industry.  Upon first interacting with The Raines Group, she was impressed with the knowledge, passion, and experience that each agent demonstrated as well as the group’s commitment to training and developing their agents to be the best in the industry. Throughout her career she has been recognized for her strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, efficiency, and desire to achieve – all qualities that she demonstrates for her clients.  

Jen lives in Westerville with her husband, Mike, and three sons. When not working she attends countless sporting events and loves cheering on her kids. She takes pride in encouraging their teamwork and love of basketball, soccer, and baseball. She prioritizes giving back to the community and spends as much time as possible volunteering at Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center.  She is also involved with The Balanced Child Method – a local organization that uses yoga teachings and mindfulness to empower and encourage kids. When time allows, she enjoys traveling, reading, updating/decorating her own home, and spending time with family and friends.
