Cayman Nebraska is a Marketing Manager and licensed real estate consultant with The Raines Group | Real Estate Services, one of Central Ohio’s leading real estate teams. A lifelong Columbus, Ohio resident and graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Cayman brings a deep understanding of the Columbus community, local real estate market, and the neighborhoods that make Central Ohio such a great place to call home.

As Marketing Manager for The Raines Group, Cayman leads the team’s marketing strategy across social media, digital marketing, print advertising, website development, email marketing, events, community involvement, and brand development. She works closely with the team’s real estate professionals to create marketing that connects buyers and sellers with the resources, information, and expertise they need throughout the Central Ohio real estate market.

Cayman’s lifelong connection to Columbus gives her a unique perspective on the communities surrounding the city, including New Albany, Westerville, Gahanna, Bexley, Worthington, Dublin, Upper Arlington, and other Central Ohio neighborhoods. Her knowledge of local communities, schools, businesses, events, and lifestyle amenities allows her to bring a distinctly local perspective to The Raines Group’s marketing and real estate services.

In addition to her role in marketing, Cayman is a licensed Ohio real estate consultant who enjoys helping clients navigate the real estate process. Whether working behind the scenes to market a home or assisting clients with their real estate needs, she is passionate about providing a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and client-focused experience.

Cayman’s work has been recognized with The Susan Morgan Excellence in Service Award, which she received during her first year with The Raines Group. She is also HECM certified and holds additional real estate certifications, including RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and New Home Construction Certified.

Outside of work, Cayman enjoys being involved in the Columbus community, attending local events, exploring Central Ohio’s restaurants and neighborhoods, and spending time outdoors. Having grown up in Columbus and attended Catholic schools throughout her childhood, she has always valued the strong sense of community that makes Central Ohio home.
