Born and raised in the heart of Delaware County, Jennifer learned early that success starts with showing up, working hard, and doing the right thing—values that still guide her today. She earned her real estate license in 2003 and hasn’t looked back since.

Whether navigating a fast-paced luxury market or guiding Baby Boomers through life transitions, Jennifer thrives on making the complex feel simple. Her clients—often busy professionals—trust her to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and handle every detail with care.

After years away, she’s proud to rejoin The Raines Group, bringing her full-circle back to Central Ohio’s top real estate team. Jennifer lives in Powell with her husband Kevin. With her four kids now grown, and seven grandchildren she’s embraced her “empty nester” era—spending weekends rooting for the Buckeyes and perfecting her famous chocolate chip cookies (yes, they’re that good).

Laura was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science. She then attended Ohio University, earning a Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Laura's experience in healthcare instilled in her the art of truly listening to her clients, attending to details, emphasizing communication and exceeding client expectations.

Her passion for Real Estate was developed organically through experiences helping herself and others successfully utilize various investment strategies including rehab projects, short term rentals, traditional long term rentals, and personal residences. Laura has a unique ability to  evaluate property balancing both the importance of aesthetics and feel with financial viability. She is eager to help you find your new home or latest investment!     

Laura and her husband currently live in Hilliard with their daughter and energetic German Shepherd. She enjoys staying active with pilates, yoga and weightlifting, traveling and trying new restaurants around Columbus.
