Born and raised in Westerville and now proud to call Delaware home, Candace lives there with her husband and son. A graduate of Otterbein University, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Philosophy — a foundation that has shaped her thoughtful approach to communication, detail, and client care.

Since joining The Raines Group in 2015, Candace has been able to blend her love of design and architecture with her passion for helping people. She is known for her dedication to guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported from start to finish.

Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for everyone involved have earned her the trust and loyalty of countless clients. Whether buying or selling, Candace’s focus remains the same — to protect her clients’ best interests and help them achieve their real estate goals with ease.

An active member of the real estate community, Candace serves on the Scholarship Committee and is part of the Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy class of 2024–2025. She has also been recognized as a Top Professional Under Forty for her excellence and leadership in the industry.

Outside of real estate, Candace enjoys spending her free time exploring antique and trade shows, visiting local farmers markets, paddle boarding, hiking, reading, and sharing life with her family, friends, and church community.
