Originally from Montreal, Jean-Luc has been a New Albany resident since 2000. He began playing professional hockey when he was 20 years old and permanently moved to Ohio after living in Germany, Finland and Sweden, along with Washington D.C., New York, and Georgia.

He was a defenseman for the Columbus Blue Jackets for several years before beginning a new career in real estate with The Raines Group in 2009. Jean-Luc’s passion for success and teamwork shows in everything he does as a Real Estate Consultant. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and creating long lasting relationships as he helps his clients buy or sell their home.

Jean-Luc lives in New Albany with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, and water sports.

Dennyn Grand-Pierre was born and raised in New Albany, Ohio, giving him a strong connection to the community he is proud to call home. A graduate of New Albany High School and The Ohio State University, he has become familiar with New Albany and Central Ohio. Dennyn brings a firsthand understanding of the area and what makes its many communities great places to live. His knowledge of the local market, combined with his commitment to his clients, allows him to provide a personalized experience throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Dennyn understands that every real estate transaction is different. He takes the time to listen to his clients’ goals, communicates clearly, and strives for success. Working to make the process as smooth and successful as possible while fostering a long lasting relationship with his clients. Outside of real estate, Dennyn enjoys sailing, golfing and traveling along with taking time to connect with his family. He finds joy in being a part of the community and looks forward to helping others find their place in Central Ohio.
