Licensed since April 2023, Kelly has quickly built a reputation for delivering exceptional results on both the buying and listing side of real estate. With a background in new construction sales, she brings valuable insight into the building process and helps clients confidently navigate everything from lot selection to final walkthrough. Kelly is also certified in home staging and has extensive experience preparing homes for the market, ensuring her listings show beautifully and stand out to buyers.

Kelly is known for her loyalty, attentiveness, organization, and strong negotiation skills. She approaches every transaction with creativity and a solutions-focused mindset—thinking outside the box when needed, while also being a fierce advocate for her clients to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome. Family is at the center of Kelly’s life. She and her husband Jeff have four children—two who are grown and attending college, and two boys still at home attending the New Albany–Plain Local School District. Their family also includes Charlotte, their beloved Goldendoodle, who Kelly describes as “the most perfect specimen.”

Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family, traveling, being outdoors, DIY projects, attending live music and sporting events, and pursuing her passion for real estate and design. Known by many as a “chameleon,” Kelly prides herself on her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Helping others and being someone her clients can rely on brings her immense joy.
