Remembering Ron Cadieux

Ron Cadieux joined The Raines Group Leadership team in 2001 after a successful career at companies such as Coca-Cola, Ohio Health and The Limited. Ron’s clear team vision, strategic business planning, and systematic approach were instrumental in the growth and development of The Raines Group, and he personally guided hundreds of families in the central Ohio area through the real estate process. Ron loved helping people through one of life's biggest transitions.

Ron was incredibly giving and selfless—he was on the board of the New Albany Symphony, Respire Haiti, and involved in several local organizations including Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence and the Salvation Army. Ron was essential in Raines Crossing being built to provide a safe passage between the New Albany school campus and businesses, and spearheaded the creation of our 200th Home Sale Charity Program, an annual company initiative to provide funding for five local nonprofit organizations. He had worked with Mother Theresa & L’Arche community in France, Cambodian Refugee camps and so much more.

The Ron Cadieux Memorial Fund for Education and the Arts at the New Albany Community Foundation has been created as a way to continue honoring Ron’s life. To contribute to Ron’s legacy, please click here.

Ron touched the lives of everyone he encountered with his gentle way, generous heart and ability to encourage and put people at ease. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, clients, and community.
