New Albany, OH 43054
A Neighborhood in a Park-Like Setting
The Preserve is a large New Albany community that consists of 600 homes built by M/I Homes. These beautiful houses sit on quiet, private streets, which are tucked around green spaces sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.
Like its name suggests, The Preserve offers a break from the hustle and bustle with its scenic location and more than 50 acres of parks. It's not uncommon for neighbors to gather on the commons (complete with a gazebo and park bench) or to wander through the wooded wetlands, which are home to ducks, geese, and other wildlife.
Students who live in The Preserve attend schools within the celebrated New Albany-Plain Local Schools district, which is known for its campus-like setting and ideal location around the corner from New Albany's village center. Another point of interest, in addition to local schools and New Albany's quaint downtown area, is nearby Easton Town Center, which features dozens of shops and restaurants, several open-air town squares, fountains, and a children's park.
